I will respect your privacy.

 

All information you provide is private and will not be discussed or shared without your expressed permission. All conversations are held in the strictest of confidence. (What is said to me, stays with me.) With your permission, I may record our sessions for the purposes of reviewing my own work. After review, sessions are deleted. Recordings are not shared with any other party. 

 

Your information will not be sold to any third party for their use, however, I use online tools like websites, booking and other online marketing tools. Like most website, I use "cookies" provided by Google Analytics, these are used to help gauge the success of a website. I may also use other cookies for advertising. You always control these types of settings through your browser controls.  

 

If you opt to receive emails from me, please note that I use cookies that track metrics to help determine interactions with the messages. If at any time you would like to be removed from my database, please let me know by emailing me at ali@secondactcoach.com.

I sometimes use other third party tools for online activities (classes, webinars, video conferencing). While I use reputable vendors, in these days of 'thieving' by bad guys, it's always a good idea to make sure you are comfortable with the sites you visit and the information you share.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
All PAID sessions require full payment at the time of booking. At that time the money is non-refundable, however, sessions may be rebooked up until 24 hours prior to the session. You may cancel or rebook thru my online tool. 

Liability
Coaching is not therapy. You acknowledge and accept that Ali/Second Act Coach is not a doctor and cannot render medical or psychological advice or treatment. Ali/Second Act Coach and any partners may NOT be held liable for ANY reason. Coaching is a partnership that can bring wonderful results to your life. We will discuss strategies to move you forward, but the decisions, work, and the results of that work are yours alone.
