Is Your Brain a Bully?

Do you ever look in the mirror and not recognize the reflection staring back at you?

I think at one time or another, everyone asks, "what happened?"

What happened...

...that made me so old?

...that made me so fat?

...that made me so wrinkled? me?

"What happened" doesn't have to be a negative question.

What happened... make me so wise? make me so kind? make me feel so confident?

We have to manage our minds when we talk to ourselves.

Even when questions like this sneak up on us when we least expect it. (Like when we are brushing our teeth.)

You are the only YOU the world will ever have.

You are unique.

You are amazing in your own very special way.

Don't you think it would be a good idea to speak to yourself with love?

Negative self-talk is at an epidemic level.

Negative self-talk is at an epidemic level. That's why working with a coach is so important. We don't realize what we do to ourselves with our internal dialogue and how that creates negative results in our lives.

I can help you retrain your brain to be supportive and kind - and kick the negative self-talk to the curve. I'd love to show you how in a free, no-obligation session.

Until then, speak kindly.
