Passionate About Helping Women
I help women over fifty thrive throughout the transitions of life. I do this through a position of faithfulness to God, the responsibility of self, and a sense of humor.
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
We are never alone, but we also have to pull up our bootstraps and get after it if we want our lives to change.
I will be your accountability partner to help you clarify, understand, and take action. As your coach, we will work together to help you achieve your goals, understand your brain, and figure out why you do what you do.
Let me be clear.
Coaching is an investment in yourself and your future. Working with a coach to invite positive change into your life requires a financial investment and effort on your part. But it is so worth it! With the right Coach, you really can improve your life in unbelievable ways!
COACHING IS NOT THERAPY
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is the practice of spending time with a trained professional—usually a psychologist, a social worker, or a licensed counselor—to help diagnose and treat mental and emotional problems. Coaching instead focuses on moving you forward in your life. If you are experiencing mental and emotional problems, please seek the help of a doctor or another trained medical professional.
